The Pilates method involves a series of integrated exercises geared to help you achieve optimal alignment and posture. Work is done on specialized equipment that adds resistance to your workout to increase muscle tone and bone density while enhancing coordination and flexibility.
Bria's Pilates program focuses on the core postural muscles which are essential in providing support for the joints and spine to help maintain whole body balance and strength. Our program also teaches awareness of breath and postural alignment to efficiently strengthen your body's core "powerhouse" – the abdomen, lower back, hips, and buttocks. Bria offers privates, semi-private, group reformer, and group mat Pilates classes. We are unique training facility that offers a specialized leveling system in all of our Pilates group classes to ensure safety and efficiency in your movement and exercise techniques. What Is Barre?

Barre Fitness is an invigorating 1 hour workout that will change your body!  Ballet barre based workouts have been toning and shaping celebrity bodies for over 50 years.

Barre workouts support the development of a ballerina figure by working small supportive muscles throughout your body, by using a style of exercise called isometrics. Barre uses a ballet barre in the workout and particpents perform small isometric movements to upbeat music. The class claims to lift your butt, tone your abs, arms and thighs, and burn fat—in record time. Particpants of Barre claim to lose inches in just weeks. The exercises used in class are designed to protect your joints and are all no impact. Classes are planned so that following a strength section, you will go through some stretching in order to elongate the muscles and get lean muscle. Barre Classes at Bria welcome students of all levels into any Barre Class.

Can I do Pilates and Barre if I am pregnant or injured?

Please consult your physician beforehand. We have had many injured clients and expecting mothers take class.


What is Bria's cancellation policy?

You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment or class to avoid a penalty. If you cancel after that, you will forfeit one class or session. If you hold a membership and cancel a class less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged $20.


What happens if I fail to show up a class I've reserved?

If you fail to show up for a class you're signed up for, you will forfeit the class credit. If you have a membership, you will be charged $20.

Yes! Bria offers a 20% student discount off of all class packages and memberships! Bring your student ID to your initial Private Session.
